दिल्ली में सोलन पुलिस की बड़ी कार्रवाई: 229 ग्राम हेरोइन के साथ नाइजीरियन तस्कर गिरफ्तार

On 20.04.2026, FIR No. 95/2026 under Sections 21 and 29 of the ND&PS Act was registered at Police Station Sadar, Solan, wherein 9.93 grams of heroin (chitta) was recovered from three individuals. Among them, two are residents of Bihar and one is a Nepali national.

Pursuing the backward linkage in the case, a police team led by the SHO was deputed to Delhi on 22.04.2026 for further investigation. During the course of investigation, and with the assistance of the local police, a raid was conducted in the Dwarka area of New Delhi.

At the identified location, one person, namely Eugene Chinweuba, a 42-year-old Nigerian national, was found present. During the search of the residential premises, 229 grams of heroin (chitta) along with a weighing scale was recovered from his room. The accused was apprehended on the spot by the SHO in accordance with due legal procedure.

The accused is being produced before the Hon’ble Court today. Additionally, Section 14 of the Foreigners Act has also been invoked against him.

With this operation, District Solan Police has not only seized a significant quantity of contraband but has also succeeded in apprehending a key supplier in the drug network. Further investigation in the case is in progress.
